I have purchased a samsung led 101cm 40j5100for inr 42, 490/- on 31st january 2016, after few months black spots (Dust spatial) appeared from inside on entire screen/display, then we approached samsung service centre and lodged a complaint (In jan’17). On that request samsung has change entire tv panel and samsung engineer has confirmed that, this issue never came again, because we have done protection for dust.
Now 1st dec’2017 same issue is appeared (Dust spatial), again we launched a complaint with samsung to resolve this issue, samsung service centre come back with their policies stated “warrantee of product has expired, since customer has to pay changes for engineer visit (1100/- plus gst) and new product (I. E. For entire panel)”. This means that every 6 month after i have replace the led panel and pay for new panel.
I think company should declare before selling this product that product has issue with dust and display panel need to change frequently Was this information helpful? |
