I am a premium class customer of samsung i have always been buying be it tv & other home appliance also every year i change my high end samsung mobile, you can check my records.
This time i had bought an sound bar hw-k450 along with led tv ks-7500.
I am happy with the product, product is very nice but unfortunately it stoped working so as systems have lodged a complaint, earlier they to visit the site, the after 15-20 days later they took the woofer, then after 10 days they took the rest of the system. Now since then i have been chasing them, till date i did not got my product back.
I hold a very important place at the place i work & much more bigger responsibilities i am sorry i can not run after these guys for my product.
As a customer i have done my bit of lodging a complaint if there is a problem with the product. Now it is samsung's responsibility to satisfy the customer through their services.
This is my first ever bad experience with samsung service, now i feel so frustrated to convince myself not to buy samsung products if they have such a worst after sales services.
Most funny thing is that till date i have not got my product back & the report has been submitted as they have delivered the product & the customer is satisfied.
