I had ordered Galaxy S8 midnight black from Samsung shop e store with order id[protected] on May 5. I had raised a cancellation request by sending mail to support.[protected]@samsung.com on May6, May 9, and May 11. As there was no response from there side i raised an escalation for call back on May 9 and 10. After this, i got a call from Sasmung on May 12 and i was notified that my cancellation is now approved and i will get the cancellation mail within 24-48 hours. Today 16 may i am still waiting for a response from Samsung. Why is this issue taking so much time? Its not that i am not going to buy S8. I have already bought S8 from Sasmung offline store.
please expedite the process of cancellation and issue my refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
