[Resolved]  Samsung India — Cancellation of Order Id:[protected] Samsung Shop e store

I had ordered Galaxy S8 midnight black from Samsung shop e store with order id[protected] on May 5. I had raised a cancellation request by sending mail to support.[protected]@samsung.com on May6, May 9, and May 11. As there was no response from there side i raised an escalation for call back on May 9 and 10. After this, i got a call from Sasmung on May 12 and i was notified that my cancellation is now approved and i will get the cancellation mail within 24-48 hours. Today 16 may i am still waiting for a response from Samsung. Why is this issue taking so much time? Its not that i am not going to buy S8. I have already bought S8 from Sasmung offline store.

please expedite the process of cancellation and issue my refund as soon as possible.

I like to bring to your notic that i have placed an order for Samsung mobile order id[protected] on 28th of April today is 17th may haven't received yet. no calls from Samsung no updates Yah and no MSG of my followups . its real bad to say that Samsung have a very bad team taking care of dispatches and customer care team. please check my calls and my mails.made so many calls to Samsung c.c but all are dum heads those guys are just following what system shows. why cant they think one steap ahead off solving complaints. i think Samsung had enough business in their pocket so not paying any attention to customer complaints. I was going through web complaints and shocked k Samsung is so lacking behind on customer care services . hope u take this as serious concern.
