I purchase s7 edge 32 from samsung store rs 48000 on june 15 by icici debit card.
You offer going on rs10000 cash back on blue coral colour.
In slip also show i am entitled for additional cashback offer. The amount credited in 90 days.

90 days gone sir my cash back not come. Help me

sir no response from samsung customer care. when i call customer care he /she say our technical team contact you in working days almost 15 days gone no reply.

I am facing the same issue, I purchased Samsung S7 Edge for 50, 900 from Samsung Store and There was offer for 10, 000 cash back, I didnt receive the cash back yet. I called Samsung and they are not helping and the customer care keeps transferring the call. Check the attached credit slip, It is clearaly mentioned about the 10000 cashback.
