I have samsung note 5. It was having battery issue and could not be charged. I have brought to your service center located in indira nagar branch, bangalore (Cmh road). Given my phone to service center on 9th sept. I got a call on monday (11th) from your center stating that they have verified and its a battery issue and needs to be changed and it will be 3500 inr charge. I agreed to proceed. Your representative also informed that i will either get a call or sms, when finished. No one called or no sms till today (15th sept). Today i got call from your center and one of your representative told me that my data will be wiped off while doing this.
What a support??? Firstly you guys never inform your customer whats the status, whats going on and then you take 5 days time to change a battery? Also never heard changing battery can wipe off data. Thus i have asked them not to proceed and i will collect my phone tomorrow. Horrible service.
If you ever see this msg (Because i have now no faith on your entire system) so if you ever see this compliant, give me a call at [protected] and i will explain my frustration.
