Hi, I have bought new Samsung Note 9 on 9th Sep and today I noticed that it takes more than 2 hours to get 100% charged. Even with a fast charging technology and after spending such a hefty amount, I am feeling like cheating.
I spoke with Neeraj in the Customer care and call lasts for 50 odd minutes without any solution but promising for a callback. This is ridiculous. I have not spent my hard earned money to visit service Centres now and get the issue fixed. I need someone from Samsung who can visit my office and get this checked. Was this information helpful? |
