I have purchased Samsung J3 Pro on Mar-18 from last 6-7 days i am facing the charging issue in phone, I also visit the Customer care center they checked the phone and told me that your phone's charging port damage with water or Liquid so you need to change the motherboard at your own, its not cover under warranty.
I am not satisfied with the answer & really a poor service. I am regular customer of Samsung, but now I can't recommend SAMSUNG mobile to any of my friend and relative.
and also they told me that you need to talk on customer care no they will help you.
I visited in D-1, Noida sector - 3, poor service.
Anyone is there to help me out this issue.
