I purchased Galaxy Note 8 on Oct 14 from Samsung e-store. During this introductory launch period (Sep 21-Oct 21 2017), it was running free wireless charger offer. The per-requisite being device to be activated before Oct 31.
I opted for color change on Oct 18, during which I WAS TOLD this will be shipped in 5 working days.
However, they shipped the device only on Nov 6 (after 3 weeks)and now say I'm not eligible. The delay came from their side & they are blaming me for not activating before Oct 31. I had mailed them several times during last week and they did not respond.
They were cheating a section of customers by delaying the shipping & then justifying ineligibility. This is CHEATING
I followed up with them & I got a call back on Nov 30, saying coupon has been generated & I can use this to purchase wireless charger. However, it was another lie. I immediately reached to customer care & they verified it hadn't been generated . And then again started blaming that I did not activate before Oct 31

Where on earth can you find the blame on customer !!
The e-store continues to blame offer department and me while the problem is with them.
I was told it will be shipped in 5 days but it was done after 18 days... No JUSTIFICATION.. And despite reaching out to them during that period, I wasn't given a single response.
