We had a complain for samsung washing machine (Wf550bobkwq/tl - sn no. Wo145pcd701372t) which been purchased on sep 2014, front load one which was running fine till 22nd sep 2018 in which it has 10 yrs warranty.
And 23 sep 2018 it shown an complaint with digital adjustments and start button, it suddenly stop working, in which via samsung toll free number conveyed to customer care the whole issue and they have further connected to the service person mr. Zaheer khan ([protected]), reliable services, wilson garden, bangalore. He came and repaired the mother board and taken charges of rs 4500 from our end.
Within 10 days again (11 oct 2018) issues started and start button stop working wherein adjustments buttons are working fine. And when he were trying to connect reliable services which been provided by samsung cc desk none of the numbers ever responded - [protected]/ [protected] when we tried to call to recheck the issue. Even mr. Zaheer call is not reachable till date.
Its just insane from samsung team when they themselves have connected us with third party service providers, and when reverting back again to samsung, samsung technician persons listened the entire history and told there can be two options for the unit to solve the issue -
1. Again need to pay rs 5000 odd amount to replace the mother board. Or
2. Customer need to buy a new model itself. (Again investment - 25k-40k)
As a customer is it really ethical with samsung for a minor issue with start button without verifying the unit they are telling again in to invest rs 5000 for replacing the mother board orelse to invest for new machine entirely?
They are just looting the customers on it and in terms of providing services they are telling the customer even though the mother board is replaced it has only warranty of 3 months itself.. After 3 months again the issues can pop up..
Should only customer has to suffer again and again for it?
