[Resolved]  Samsung India — company not repairing fast charger issue in samsung s7 after 2 months of purchase

I have purchased samsung s7 from flipcart on 24 sept 2017. After 13 days it was not fast charging i went to care zone service centre delhi kirti nagar they took 12 days to repair my new phone by changing every thing. Now after one month o[censored]sage again fast charging issue. Now the service centre says they will not rectify it as it has scratches and has one body dent. My problem is fast charging issue which is internal but these people in order to vade away from reparing and want money are saying they will not repair it, u pay 7500 for first body change then they will entertain my complaint. I want to tell them how is the external body connected with fast charging issue. They are jus creating rakus to evade from repairing my phone. I have spent 31000 and now within 2 months asking them to give them 7500 more and also my phone in warranty and i dont need ie body change. Pls do repairs for the fast charging part only which is in warranty and dont harass me. My phone is still with service centre bill no [protected] dated 8/12/17.

i want update regarding the status of the complaint is that till today my phone is with samsung service centre moti nagar opp metro pillar no 333.nothing has been done so far since my request was made to them for repairs. samsung people have told that due to scratches on external body the warranty gets void and i will be charged RS 7500/- FIRST BODY CHANGE THEN and also display will be changed .my phone is alright in all respect but only problem for which i have given is fast charging issue .they want me to pay for display which is alright but they want to change it without any reason. they themselves have given extended one year warranty for the defective phone during the month of oct 2017 which was given for repairs to them only 12 days from date of purchase so as to evade replacement of the phone that time they gave one year extended warranty. now the same problem then of fast charging has again come and now they are making excuses that because of scratches on external body the warranty is void .i wanted to ask them when my phone is alright in all respect and also working fine but one fault is issue of fast charging, you pls rectify fast charging issue leave aside scratches . today got a call from samsung stating that phone is out of warranty and they are not ready to carry out repairs .pls intervene in this matter and help me getting my phone repaired .also help me if in this regard that if needed i can approach consumer court. as of the stubborn behaviour of these people i feel harrased as there is no body to listen to my atrocities which i have been facing since purchase of phone from samsung .

i would like to inform you that my phone has been repaired by the company in warranty without taking any money from me and i have also taken delivery of my phone . i would Samsung India and their staff for their cooperation and effort in getting the issue resolved . i would also thank your forum for all the efforts .

The feature of “FindMyMobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.
