Dear Samsung india,
I've been to your authorized service center to get mo C9 pro Mobile repair at Okhla Phase 1 (Delhi) Service Center, staff there was being very rude from the very moment i went there,
however i told them my problem, supervisor Mr. Imran & Mr. Rakesh told me to go and get the mobile serviced from somewhere else as company will not probide the spare part to them,
I simply requested them to let me submit the mobile weather it will take time i can wait, but instead of creating job sheet against my case they denied and told me that company is not good & not providing spare part to their own service center & if i can complaint where ever i wish but they will not repair my mobile.
please go through given complain & suggest the best possible closer against them, as being a brand like Samsung this sort of behavior is never expected from your team.
