I, Went to samsung authorised service center on 13/08/2017 to repair my samsung SM-T805, dealer took 1 day to check and next day he told me that there is a display problem and display is for 14156 inr, so i told him to repair this and he told me there is a warrantee for 3 months, after 3 days it again started problems and but it was any how working lil slow and slowly display again stopped working, i dint had a time and i thought warrant is for 3 months so i went for repair on 21/10 /2017
2nd bill issued S.O - [protected] Date - 21/10 /2017
Guy told me that to check what is the problem he will charge 413 inr . (It was in warrantee but still he charged me just to check the problem )
After he checked now his point is you have a mother board issue . Service center rudely told me it will be again chargeable 15000 inr .
My point is 1st time with same problem he told me that display problem and he said me mother board problem .
That means a value of same model if i buy is for 30000/-
and i repaired this product for 2 times at this value .
Authorised service centres is doing fraud with customer .
Now my points is if there was no problem with display where is my old display ??
No reply from service centre i gone there multiple times they are not ready to listen and says pay more 15000 for mother board .
I herby Request samsung you to refund my 14600 which i paid for nothing or make my product in use condition .
