Hi, i am a chartered accountant by profession. I lodged a complaint against printer toner on dated[protected] through customer care (Complaint no - [protected]). Samsung executive came and suggested that your toner will be replaced due to problem in toner/cartridge and we will send you the technical summary in your email id.
I received the technical summary report on[protected] and as per the email i have to contact with dealer and there was a name mention of mr. Anuj for stock availability. I am constantly following up from[protected] and also contact customer care no but did not get any resolution.
I did not understand that samsung is a prestige company and is facing so much difficulty. It was really a very bad experienced with samsung.
Finally i have to write an email to you as i am struggling for printing since 28th august 2017. Please see this request on urgent basis.
