Samsung India has been reputed venture worldwide and so one aspect a paradigm service support from them. But my experience was negative as one the representative of Samsung service centre in my city misbehaved when he was unable to answer my query regarding international warranty. Later on it was resolved via customer care toll free service. But the whole scenario put in question the hired staff competency. The person on the phone call was out of knowledge and surely a incompetent one but inspite of tackling with the situation professionally he took it to personal level and hence the outcome was unhealthy conversation with foul languages which turn to be intolerable on my side and so i complaint against him but till now I've not been updated for with the progress of it. Today when I call up to enquire the status of my complaint then I was given an explanation that action against the person is an internal matter of company and so I'll not be updated with the proceeding of it. My question is that what kind of complaint system is this which doesn't even ensure proper feedback to complainant.
In my opinion strict action should be taken and proper feedback system should be develop so to keep the disappointed customers in confidence.
