[Resolved]  Samsung India — complaint regarding the samsung refrigerator and the irresponsible and hostile attitude from employees of yours at the service center ernakulam

I made a complaint with your customer service center on[protected] regarding the defect of a fridge, i was provided with a complaint no. [protected] and assured that your technician will contact me within 24 hours. As there was no response i frequently contacted your customer service center. Though i made e- mails that was also not responded with from your part.At last on[protected]
i received a sms by informing that one service engineer Mr.Sebastian was assigned with the task and his mob.number also provided. When i contacted Mr.Sebastian he told me that at present he could not be available and advised me to contact your service center at Ernakulam through phone no.[protected].On[protected] i made a call to[protected] and the phone was picked up by a lady there. She made me to hold the call for 12 minutes and then cut the phone abruptly. Though i tried again to that number around 25 times on[protected], it was attended only once and cut the phone without disclosing any thing about the service of my fridge. Today i tried to contact in that number around 45 times. and except twice the phone was not taken. two times though the call was taken, they just picked up the phone and remained silent without saying a single word. I felt humilated and finaly decided not to buy any samsung product in my life and not let anyone in my circle to buy your product. I have one request to you. please don't make us a fool just because i purchased a fridge of samsung make. On enquiry i understood that many people are getting irresponsible response from the persons at your service center at Ernakulam.So i request you to employ some human beings in the service center of yours at Ernakulam to attend the calls of the cusomers. I hope that though you may not take any action regarding the repair of my fridge you would at least take actions against the people at the service center at Ernakulam.. i legitimately expecting a return mail regarding the action you have taken against the service center people at Ernakulam especially that one who is assigned with the task of attending the calls.
