[Resolved]  Samsung India — consumer care

Please kindly provide me the proper response why your authorised service dealer take my mobile category under out of warranty. They blaming me by means of water droplet going inside but it would not place my mobile in water it was working good all the function only i am complaint about my headset port not working properly. Then they open my phone and show me that some shortage inside happen it will not comes under warranty they telling story i want to pay for service charges, spare changing cost also nice story and why samsung gives warranty why blaming the customers my bill number [protected]

Why Samsung blaming by giving means of warranty. Any way you expect only money from customer always I pay more than 13000rs for buying good product but now I am felt that I am wasting money always.. Worst service they blaming me in the name of warranty

Today I paid for my mobile service as a part of Labour charge here after I definitely go for any other samsung products why you giving warranty and why you collecting money from customer...You are cheating me in the name of giving warranty totally spoil samsung brand name
