Dear Samsung Team,
I have purchase Samsung Digital Inverter double door refrigerator in 2015 from Samsung outlet Gurgaon.
Now this refrigerator is not giving any cooling, and I call to your customer service then they appoint a engineer and the engineer came and check the fridge and told me the gas was empty and you have to pay around Rs 2000 for refilling the gas. But my consern is that if Samsung provide 10 yrs warranty on compressor why should I pay for the gas u guys have to change the compressor due to compressor is faulty and what is the meaning for warranty.
I[censored] can't help me out so please don't fool to your customer that the warranty o[censored]r compressor is 10yrs.
ALSO WOULD TAKE ACTION ON SAMSUNG VIA SOCIAL MEDIA & CONSUMER COURT TO MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMER AND OFFERING FAKE WARRANTY IF MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED.
So please help us to solved our refrigerator problem.
