I ordered samsung s7 through samsung e-store on 17/08/2017 which was delivered to me on 19/08/2017 (Vide order no :[protected]. The phone was dead on arrival. It was collected by samsung representative on 21/08/2017 and sent to samsung service centre where it was pronounced to be dead on arrival (Doa). I was told that doa certificate will be issued within 24 hours but it took more than 48 hours and rather than being delivered, i was asked to collect it from service centre on my own. I mailed the images of the parcel instantaneously on 23/08/2017, as being a doctor my work was getting suffered without the phone.
As clearly mentioned on samsung website, the company is bound to replace the doa phone with the new one within 10 days of receiving images of doa parcel.
I have been calling your customer care centre regularly and requesting for fast delivery of my phone and each time i am told that the case is escalated and the replacement will be done soon. But till now (05/09/2017), even the reverse pick up of the product is not arranged. Every time i call the customer care centre. I am told that it will be done soon. I have been requesting the customer care representative repeatedly for arranging a call back from senior on-duty manager, each time i am assured that within an hour you will get a feedback from senior, but i have not received any call from their side.
This is sheer customer harassment. I regret buying phone from your e-store. How can a company like samsung behave in such a ridiculous way with their customers? If it would have been us or uk, the company would have been screwed by now.
