Hi,
I bought an ac 9th march and i ordered installation from samsung only.
The engineer came to install the a/c has damaged so many stuff mentioned below:
1:- he scratched my wooden flooring.
2:- he mounted the outdoor unit on my wall and that fell from the wall and my wall and the outdoor unit might have been damaged.
3:- the engineer after the completion asked me the price for a/c-gas filling and then i asked the seller person (Samsung show room) who sold the a/c to me that why would i need to pay for gas filling and then he said you should not and then he did conference call to samsung sales head, engineer and me and that time enigeer told that he filled some (R-2) gas and sales head asked why did you fill r-2 it is not for that and then he told he has found a dented or broken part from where gas leaking and then sales head asked that how can this be possible that new ac has dented part but engineer said it is and he left
Today i got a call from another samsung person ankit (Ph no [protected]) he clearly told me that he will not do anything if ac is working.
I am saying that a/c might be working right now but why gas filling was required in new ac and why that part is damaged.
Are you guys are selling a faulty product when i am buying the top model of a product.
I want my a/c to be replaced or extended warranty for my a/c at least for 3 years.
