I was a die-hard user of samsung products since fifteen years and all the products in my house like tv, microwave, refrigerator, mobile etc are from samsung. Based on this trust i bought a samsung led on 03.04.2018 by paying an amount of rs. 87000. After three months only the tv suddenly went off while viewing. I contacted samsung for the same and asked for a product replacement since i was not convinced about the quality of the led set which i purchased as it could not stand the test of even 1 year warranty, which in the present scenario of global competition is unimaginable. I was offered on-site repair which i refused and requested them once again to replace the set with a brand new one. To my utter disbelief the company is not ready to replace it. If the company is so confident about it's product quality then it should not have any inhibitions in replacing it. However inspite of numerous requests the company is adamant and is not ready to replace the set. Hence i was forced to approach the national consumer forum and i hope that my problem is resolved at the earliest. Thank you samsung for breaking my trust in you brand and keeping the customer's interest at rock bottom.
