Its very hard for me to tell that i am very unsatisfied from samsung, i have raised an issue for receiving defective model since august 07, both through the place i have purchased and samsung toll-free service center nothing has been resolved yet.
It shows how poor is your service handling capability is. Every time i call samsung service center no one speaks in with regards to matter and my concern over the device. I have purchased 551 liters model, i am requesting for replacement of this fridge or give me an extended warranty of 5 years or to take this fridge back so that i would go buy some other model from lg. The refrigerator i have purchased is not in use from around a month i am using my old refrigerator, since any thing i keep in samsung refrigerator gets spoiled. If it is to be accounted i have spent more on fruits, vegetables breads and juices which after keeping in samsung refrigerator has been spoiled is of more value than the emi i am paying monthly on this samsung refrigerator.
Fyi, i did have a old refrigerator purchased from lg which is still in very good condition and being used since may-2006. Just as my demand in refrigerating food items has been increased purchasing new one gives me a bad opinion of how worst response is given from samsung on service of its electronics.
This samsung refrigerator after me purchasing it for rs60270/- is become like a garbage at my home since its not in use, if you want me to make it a dustbin sort of thing for the way its being used your service is responsible for it.
