I have purchase one samsung microwave oven on 16-aug-2017 from reliance digital, brookfield, coimbatore ta mil nadu. After a month has been passed from date of purchase, none of the person came for demo as well as installation from neither from reliance digital nor from samsung team.
When i called reliance digital resq team, they told samsung team will come and give demo for the same. Than i book a service request for demo in samsung and person came and open the microwave and found not working, he booked repair complaint and next day samsung service engineer came and found fuse was not working, he repair the fuse (Instead of replace) and check again a minor blast and fuse gone. 3 times blast activity remains same and finally i booked complaint for replacement/refund as per company warranty policy.
But from past 2.5 months product is kept unused and samsung is denied to replace/refund and not even sending any technician for repair. Mr. Ganesh claiming himself calling from chennai and doing fake commitment that he will send the technician and also will give extra 5 months extended warranty and all.. He is also not ready to listen and taking complaints against reliance digital for selling defective product to customer.
Being such a big company they are even able to provide proper service and expecting from customer to keep that blasting product which emits high radiations and dangerous to use if any electrical fault. Was this information helpful? |
