I had bought a samsung single door refrigerator on may 2017. From initial days onwards the cooling was so less. My aged parents were only in the home and they thought that it might be put in less cool mode. When i visited my home june last week i came to know that there is a problem with refrigerator. I registered a complaint in the beginning of july 2017 and your representative told me to just switch off it 4 hrs and on it and check. I do that but i can check only after 2 week as i was not in a position to visit my parents due to my office exigency. Again i complainted on 1st of august the service engineer checked after 3 days and told me that gas leakage is the issue and they can fill it. But i required a replacement because its a new one and it's only 2 months old and u want its not justifiable. Then your engineer told me that he will inform samsung again after 13 days they call me up today and inform can we refill, i told i required replacement then they told they need to check with your head office as cut off is 1 month for replacement
