Samsung India — defective samsung a70 mobile

I've purchased the samsung a70 mobile on january 16, 2020. On second day of purchase i found a burn lines on screen.. N gave it to service centre and they seemed to have changed the mother board and told they cannot replace the mobile. After that i'm facing constant issues with power on button and usb connection issues and also excessive battery draining over this charging port issue. All these seems to have very poorly made product with heavy damage. Since i'm paying emi for the same device and frustration is heavy due to current economical conditions. Kindly requesting you to help either to replace with new device or refund my money!!

i've not received any reference ID from the Samsung customer care and still im dealing with the same defective product.
