I'll suggest everyone not to buy any samsung product again going forward. Last year i bought an samsung tv model no. Ua48h4250ar, i bought it, so i am still paying for it. My tv was working all fine since i got it, few days back i noticed that there is a black spot on it’s screen with a fine white line. Within 4-5 days the spot has become bigger and even that white line. I called customer care to check what is the problem with it. A representative visited my house and checks the tv that there is nothing caused on the screen, it is inside. So basically, internal problem. He tells that it is most likely the panel causing the problem. He needed pictures to definitely see what the problem is, there is no physical damage caused on the tv.
He made a file and told that he will send this for approval to seniors to see whether the product can be replaced or at least defect can be corrected. Today i received a call saying that it is customer caused problem so this cannot be corrected from our end. When there is no scratch outside the tv or even a single mark, but still it is showing a black spot inside and people from your company are denying to rectify it. I will not take this. The product is under warranty then you have to take care of your product.
I request you to please look into this matter as i can see that spot increase with day. This is definitely an internal issue caused inside tv. Get my tv panel replaced immediately. My request number is: [protected].
