Problem details - on first august 2017 i have purchased samsung galaxy j5 prime mobile just after unboxing i found display issue in my mobile phone the screen was frequently sometimes flickering on2nd august i call their toll free support and they told to visit service centre and when i visited i was told the engineer on counter that my mobile will be replaced as its one to 2 days old and updated the software and said please use and check for one day if the problem persists kindly come next day with bill box and all accessories again i visited my mobile not replaced the i have submitted the mobile and got a jobsheet there it was clearly mentioned that my mobile is having display but their manger denied from that that no i will not replaced again and again am visiting then again i mailed to samsung and then got a call they agin told to visit service centre today again i visited sir they misbehaved and told " its on 2 to 10 days mobile and just after unboxing facing issue.. Now i want to either replacement or refund. Again n again am saying to go to the service centre what is this?? I purchased this mobile for using not for leaving in the service centre when i first time submitted the mobile the engineer clearly viewed that my screen was flickering and submitted my mobile alongwith all bill box and accessories the bill no is [protected]
Kindly you check it and when i again visited the manager cancelled my doa crtrfctn said no this will happen it is “normal flickering the screen is tft not amoled it wil fliker” sir kindly focus on the undelined statement then again i mailed to samsung’s email support again got a call and i was told to visit and submit my device again i visited without submitting my device they told “nahi hoga nahi karenge kahi or se kara lo jisko bolna bol do hum nahi karenge” the manager told this sir u just think am i mad on 1st august 2017 i purchased a new mobile and on 2nd august without any problem or reason i will complain?? Am really facing frequently flickering issue in low brhightness.
This is my final attempt for settlement sir kindly replace my mobile because its just after unboxing am facing issue. If i will not get the solution i am moving forward to the consumers’s court.
