I ordered for a Gear S3 Frontier on the 5th of Dec, 2017. The payment was completed. Was hoping to get the product within a week (According to the website, written as delivered within 5-7 business days). But did not get the same (It's almost 19th now). Contacted support service a number of times, but to my despair, these people were least bothered about my problems. Only thing they keep saying is please be patient, you will get the product. As per my info, the product has not yet been dispatched. Later, some senior support manager called me up to assure that i would get the dispatch confirmation by 18th of Dec, 2017 but still no mails. I am very disappointed with the service. I have paid an amount of Rs.29, 000/- and i get this treatment from these hopeless customer support team.
Please take my complaint into notice and help me out in getting my product.

a). I tried calling the Customer Care Helpline No. and it does not exist.
b). The Live Chat option does not work.
c). The email option does not work.
d). The email to CEO option does not work.
What's going on Samsung?
