I am using Samsung C9 phone, display has been damage. I visited the samsung service Centre- F1 Info Solutions & services Pvt Limited.
Series of Incident Happened.
1. They have asked for the 50 % advance, why they have asked for i am giving them my 24k phone.
2. They have asked for two days time to resolve the issues, now they have asked part is not available and will take about minimum 5 more days.
when asked for substitute phone, they said we cannot provide.
3. I am without phone who will bear the loss and inconvenience caused to me.
4. I have not negotiated about the price, even though customer care is not able to resolve the issue on time.
5. They are not customer focused and behavior is not professional.Only rigid and stuck to one point.
6. No communication has been provided from their side.
7. Compare to Apple, Samsung is just looting not providing services, i will never recommend their phone in future to anyone neither i will go for it again. Was this information helpful? |
