This is very sad to know that a company like samsung is treating customers like this.
I had a pink line running through my display on march 2017. I went to the service center and they repared the display under warranty. 6 months later in sept the same problem cropped up again. This time they want me to pay. I have only one question whats the gurantee that this wont happen again... The device, as confirmed by the representatives, has no physical damage.
I have been telling that its a defective piece and thus this problem is cropping up again and again.
After payning half a lac for the device the least you expect that it runs smoothly for few years right... My previous all the samsung phones were good this one has a problem and needs to be fixed...
