Regret to inform to the Samsung cell Phone Users. That I Dr, S.S. Husain bought the
Galaxy Model J 7 max on[protected]. After using the cell phone for 7 months all of a sudden
Screen was not working I approached to Samsung cell phone service center in Toli Chowki.
They asked me to come after two days. I approached them after two days they told that water
went inside. I told them there is no question or possibility of water going inside, as there was no rain last from last 10 to 15 days and I keep my phone very safe.
But they kept insisting that this was the reason and It will cost you Rs.5000 for the repair. I
refused and told them it is the under the warranty period only seven months before bought
this cell and after 3-4 days they told that repairing charges will be Rs.7000.
I refused then approached to the consumer forum. In first hearing no one represented from the company after few days company's advocate approached to the forum and informed that company is
ready to refund the amount, then forum judge informed me to come tomorrow to the forum
at 11:30 AM when I and company's attorney appeared in front of the forum authority he
changed his statement and told that I got new instructions. Iast night from the Head office that
company is not ready to refund your cell phone cost if vou are interested to repair your cell
phone it will cost Rs.11.000/- . The forum authority and I was astonished, how can they change their
decisions like this and then the authority has written in his judgment whole story of the case and referred to the District consumer court in Chandra vihar Building in Nampally.
This famous company is harassing their customers by changing their decisions in the last four months.
I have suffered a lot, because of this all my personnel contacts. My bank Details and other personal data was also stored in that cell phone. I humbly request all customers and fellow citizens to think once before buying Samsung cell phones.
