[Resolved]  Samsung India — earphone issue

I have bought a samsungsmart phone of model no. J5 about 5 months ago, so, my earphone is in warranty period. But i didn't get success to exchange my earphone due to misbehavior of service centre staff in south gandhi maidan, charch road, jaiprakash nagar, gaya, bihar-823001. This event discourage me to use samsung company goods. So, please take a quick action on it and solve my problem.
