[Resolved] Samsung India — earphone of galaxy s8

I m living in bhopal m. P
And my mobile samsungs8
Earphones are not working
So i am vist to samsung service center and service center is received my earphone and give the reciped and mentioned the earphone relacement in 1week
But today 16days are going service center is not give my earphone
And service is saying that there was no stock in bhopal of samsung s8 earphones
So plzz help us
Anyway i was registering the complaint in
Consumer form

At 16days ago
And service center is not gived me and solution or resovedment
And samsung costomer care toll free number also not give me any solution

Till now i din't get earphone
Samsung is provide worst service towards constumer
I was invest 58000 and buy a mobile s8 and now 1st the company is giving worst earphones and now 22days are passed away my earphone are kept in samsung service center and samsung is not replaced it till now
