Please submited my case i need a help of law because company not coprate with me Dear all, I purchased mobile on 06/nov/2018, model number - sm-j810g, (Imei [protected]) a. A electronic hide market national shopping complex amritsar pin - 143001, i visit to service centre many times and also discussed with mr vimal & miss sonia in service centre, my device touch is not working properly, but they are not giving solution, and making excuses and also misbehaving. It is real embarrassing for me. At time of service my mobile data removed so many time, but my issue still pending till time, reason of loged complaint to change my phone display and touch, my phone is under warranty.
