I am feeling very sad to write this mail to you but the service provided by samsung authorized service center, sinhgad road pune is really very disgusting and not to the standard of samsung brand.
From last 10 years me and my all family members are stick to samsung because of its quality, brand and service but the recent experience really force me to move to another brand
My wife is using samsung c7 phone from more than one year however in last month suddenly phone screen went blank, phone was working but display was black, so we visited samsung authorized service center and engineer ask us to change display which cost us 5, 745 rs, there was no water in phone, no physical damage and no fall down this was confirm by engineer still display went black, we agreed and got phone with new display of white color on 22nd sep 2018 as there was no option for us, at the time of delivery engineer confirm that there is 3 months warranty for new display.
Phone was working fine for almost 20 days however again its screen went black without any reason, we immediately reached to service center and again they advise us to change display, are you guys expecting us to spend another 6k on display within just 20 days? When there is no damage on phone (Attached images of phone) why we are supposed to again pay on display in warrant period?.
This is really very disappointing and frustrating service by samsung authorized service center, request you guys to please intervene and fix this issue or advise if we can shift to another brand.
From last 8 days i am chasing customer service, however still this issue is not resoved
