I am reaching out to you as a frustrated customer who is not getting proper support from anybody at your end (Samsung customer care, technician etc).
I bought a Samsung Curved UHD Television (Model: UA40KU6300KLXL) on[protected]. I had high regards for the brand, hence I happily paid premium amount for the TV thinking that I will get good quality and service from Samsung. But unfortunately, now the TV is not working.
Below are the series of events that occurred:
(*) Our curved 42" Samsung TV suddenly got switched OFF one day and was not switching ON.
(*) We complained to customer care and were guaranteed response within 2-3 days.
(*) When technician came, he said it might be mother board issue.
(*) The ordered mother board which came after 8 days, was tried again and we were informed that it too was defective.
(*) Later technician got power supply board and checked again.
(*) Later he came with another senior engineer and he confirmed that the mother board itself is defective and ordered another mother board.
(*) That too was defective and had same issue.
(*) Again, technician came with another Senior Service Engineer. He too confirmed that the new MB was also defective and ordered for airlift of another MB.
(*) That MB came after 8 days and today when he checked, again this has same issue and TV is not switching ON.
Technician has visited our home 7-8 times and our TV is still not working. It has been close to a month since TV is not working and every time we get assurance that the issue will be resolved within the next one week. Thinking that we are facing this issue with TV within 1.5yrs of purchase, I am scared to buy any other product from Samsung.
Hence, I request you to kindly escalate this matter and get this issue rectified ASAP.
