I am totally disappointed and unhappy with the assistance provided by company ; i had hope for their support and assistance to change my faulty phone into good one as the phone was purchased just few days ago and it continuously given the problem from first day. Therefore, this faulty mobile handset had required to be replaced into good one but the assistance provided by you is malafide or my request deliberately ignored by the company even still i am suffering with the many problems in it but they are continuously asking me to repair this phone again and again.
