So the story goes like this i am an apple fan and my wife prefers only samsung.. It was her birthday and i gifted her samsung s8+. Within 3 days it started showing some signs of a faulty phone (Outgoing voice is not audible toh the other person) within an hr or so it was back to normal
Now again on the 14th day of purchase my wife is having same complain since morning
Since we both work. I logged an online complaint regarding this my complaint no is:[protected]
I was suppose to go to the service centre next day for the replacement.
I go there and find out the staff is not cooperative..
My complaint is flashing on their system but they are not helping us
They took my phone and gave me a jobsheet number
Now when i asked for a spare phone they cannot even help with that as they dont provide a spare phone
They said ill get a call from a senior executive on the same day
I awaited for the call but no calls from your side
I call to the customer care service they say senior executive dont work on weekends
Senior executive will let us know on monday
1. I[censored]r senior executive doesnt work on weekends but we do work u dont provide us spare phone how r we suppose to work
2. After purchasing a phone worth rs65000 is this the way you treat your customers
3. It is highly depressing to gift a fautly phone
4. Even worse to experience such a thing from a company like samsung
We had a worst experience with samsung
I m really shocked by the way you treat uour s8+ owners.
I will never use samsung (Faulty phone makers) again and will suggest others to do the same.
