My fridge is shut since a week samsung engineer took 1000 advance and till date not picked my side by side door fridge for repair nor answering the calls
I am really afraid for the after sales servuce of such a company samsung and the type of fraud happening in such a company service centre the manager of kanpur samsung fridge service centre is mr rahul chaudhry his contact number is [protected] he last spoke a week back and said we have labour issues and not picking up calls they take money in advance and forget about service cheater they are any know the head of company email
