I have submitted the below grievance to Samsung customer care whose response is not yet received. i have purchase Samsung mobile phone on 09/06/2019 which is a defected phone. I have requested Samsung customer care to replace or refund the phone/money. They are not helping me on this rather they are repairing the phone and asking me to visit their service center again & again..
Sir, i have purchased new cell phone with my hard earned money against which this company is giving me defected phone. Hope you will understand my concern and assist me in replacing the phone.

Grievance reference no.[protected]-Please note that i have purchase Samsung mobile phone model no SAMSUNG Galaxy A30 on 09/06/2019 (attached is the purchase invoice). The phone started giving me trouble from the very next day. Issue is the phone take auto restart. I visited your service centre on 19/06/2019 (service centre acknowledge slip attached for your reference), your team took my phone for service and i had to re visit to pick up the phone on 22/06/2019. The technician told me there is no problem in handset, he has updated software which will help me. However until now my phone is with same issue. I revisited service centre, told him problem is not resolved he again asked me to submit the phone to them and wait.
I am working professional i cannot take the tedious job of visiting your service centre again and again for the newly purchased cell phone. I request you to replace this damage hand set or refund me the money i have paid.
