Hi,
I have bought a samsung galaxy s8+ smartphone on august 31st.
I have to receive a free wireless charger redeemption code but i havent received anything till date.
Contacted samsung customer care for more than 50 times via mail, chat & phone, everyday they say my complaint is under escalation but no improvement till date. Kindly have a look.
