I registered a complain regarding cooling issues for samsun fridge which was handled on 29- may-18. Within a month i again started facing the same issue abd registered another complaint for the same issue of cooling. Technician visited my place on 23-may-18, and filled some gas to check the pressure, asked me to switch off the fridge for 24 hrs. On 24-may i called him again asking to attend the request, he informed me that he was off duty and will not be able to attend it.
I called customer care again, the representative informed me that this will be handled on priority, someone will attend the request within 3hrs. After waiting for the asked duration, no one visited to handle, so i called customer care again and the person informed me that the request won't be handled today.
1) my point is why wrong and misleading information is provided to the customer and later giving the same information was denied by customer care
2) the technician also gave the wrong information to us.
3) the quality of sevice done, as within 1 month i faced the same information
During this season where we need facilities like fridge it's really awful to see such a degraded level of service provided to customers and also not acknowledging the same Was this information helpful? |
