I've purchased samsung galaxy m20 handset on march 23rd and started using it a week later after putting back case and temper glass for it. Mobile front camera was zoomed and there was no proper settings to clear it. After 3 weeks, few grains popped up on display and so i asked for a replacement. But the service center pointed to customer care, customer care pointed out to service center and so i've mailed to samsung ceo office to rectify it. Again they pointed out asking what the service center has told me. There is no proper solution for my problem and the person from ceo office is convincing me to go for service which i have neglected in the initial stages itself. They have provided me a defective mobile, which was even accepted by the service through word of mouth and now they wanted to use the serviced mobile. It's been a week i've handed over the mobile to service center. I don't want samsung products anymore. I need refund for my mobile and compensation for the time they have wasted.
I need immediate solution other than servicing the same mobile.
I do not need the defective mobile.
