I have purchased galaxy a7 2016 in the month 23/03/2016. (Invoice enclosed).
Unfortunately my handset fell from my hand and touch and display was broken. As the damage do not come under warranty i got it repaired sai keerthika electronics (Samsung servicing centre) in srikakulam district, andhra pradesh, india., by paying the amount for the damaged part. (Invoice enclosed)
At the same time the personnel at the centre advised me to extend my warranty for one more year upto 22/03/2018 by payment of amount and i took it. (Invoice enclosed)
Two days back my handset display blurred and i approached the above servicing centre to get the fault corrected under warranty. But the personnel at the servicing centre said that it was due to internal damage as there was no damage externally.
I was shocked. It can also be presumed that company is deliberately trying to avoid the coverage of damage under warranty.
I have great regard for the samsung brand and we are currently using samsung ac, two samsung washing machines, s7 edge mobile, samsung j2 and metro mobiles within our own family.
Such disregard for such a loyal customer is unbecoming of samsung brand. Therefore i request you to rectify the mistake and get the damaged part replaced under extended warranty at the same servicing centre which is nearer to me. I repeat that there was no damage externally to the display.
