[Resolved]  Samsung India — galaxy j7 pro

After purchasing the model from relience digital bangalore the screen starts to bleed/ started to blacken from 3rd day onwards. I have started to follow the complaining procedure but there is no positive replies from samsung. They have taken everything as granted they just predicting by themselves when i told them that might be manufacturing defect then simply ignored it. Please convey this to top level ladder.

Sir Am Dhaneesh Kumar D am from Kerala. Am punching a Samsung J7 pro in 31/8/2017 To day's before the display showing a little black Mark Now it's spreading half of the screen. I have started to follow the compliment procedure but there is not a positive reply from Samsung. What can I do Sir? It's not my mistake it's manufacturing problem . So please give me a valid solution.
