I have purchased a samsung refrigerator on 8th june 2019 from sales india store at waghodia road vadodara in 40500 inr, model rt39m5538s8.
In just six month i. E. On 8th dec-19 the fridge stop cooling completely, after visit of technician i got to know that its a major issue in fridge, actually some leakage in some part and complete gas leaked, before this incident since last few days fridge was making unusual noise but i thought it may be normal in such big fridge.
Actually its a poor quality product supplied to me by samsung and i am looking for replacement of this, where samsung wants to repair it and give it back to me, how can i trust that such poor quality product will not have such issue again after few months and at that time product will not be in warranty, at that time i will have to bear the cost of this poor quality product.
My question is why a customer pay for poor quality product?
Requesting samsung to take these kind of issues seriously and protect there reputation in market which is most important thing for a organisation.
Please replace it immediately.
