Hello,
On 3rd of oct, i have registered a complain (# [protected]) with samsung customer care about the gas leakage problem on my split ac (1.5 ton) purchased in april, 2016 but got the warranty extended till april 2018. On 5th oct one engineer from a service centre visited my place and checked the ac, as per him, condenser was required to be replaced, which is still pending, i call samsung everyday and they only send a reminder to the service centre but no engineer from sc calls or turns up for replacing the condenser??
This is a big question mark on the service & support a customer expects from the samsung???
