I had upgraded to samsung s7 from a7, and purchased it under never mind offer, screen got broken last month and i been to samsung service centre in meerut (Aadhya networks metro plaza delhi road and paid ~rs1000 upfront for the screen replacement, (Service order no: [protected]) my brother collected the handset on my behalf and surprised to see back side wholly damaged, middle and back button also not working correctly and when my brother approached the centre stakeholder and told him precisely warranty is going to expire on 23rd september 2018, but they gave the excuse it is working fine. Today i have been one of the biggest service centres in delhi to get it to fix, but they were unable to take the request as warranty can't be covered owing to handset back side is damaged and asked me to visit meerut service centre which was not possible for as it almost 80-90 km
Finally, i called up at customer care and narrate the complete story to supervisor janvi shared the reference number [protected]
Please help me my warranty is going to be expired on 23rd september 2018 and why should i get it fixed without a guarantee when the service centre damaged my handset
