Horrible service at customer service centre at durgapur west bengal. Staffs are so rude and adament. I have visited the service centre to repair one of my phone but the executive replied they have power issue (Though the fan near him was working) and to come after 5 pm. I have informed him it is not possible for me to come at that time as i was going out of station and requested to accept the phone for repairing with a manual challan in the absence of an online challan. But he rudely replied that he cannot do so and to make a complaint to the customer care. He was very much adament. I have called the customer care and some mr onkar has received the call. I informed him about my problem. But after speaking with the service executive of durgapur he provided me the same solution that to come after 5 pm and he had no other solution with him. It was felt that he was helpless to help me and when i told him for any alternative solution he disconnected the line in the middle ofthe conversation.
Is the service quality of a renowned brand like samsung. If repairing can be accepted only with online challan then why there is not any alternative power backup solution. And if there no other alternative power back up solution then why repairing cannot be accepted with manual challan.
Also proper training required for staffs that how to behave with customers.
Very much disappointed with your service.
