[Resolved]  Samsung India — I have lost the bill of my samsung fridge

I lost the bill of my samsung dual door fridge and its compressor is not working properly as told by the samsung engineer who was asigned to rectify the complaint registerd by me.. I had purchased the refrigerator from surindra radio pvt. Ltd sec -22. Chandigarh.. I live in shimla so its not possible for me to get the bill copy from them.. So it would be great i[censored] can provide me the required details of my refrigerator as required to get my compressor exchanged as it is under the warranty period..

Hello,
I have purchased a microwave on 18 april 2019 from croma sion, mumbai, india and product was found dead on arrival after samsung demo engineer and service engineer check the product. Since 19 april the product is in replacement process and not yet delivered to me. Still it wil take more 3 to 4 days as per samsung executive response.
