[Resolved] Samsung India — i'm complaining about my fully automatic washing machine

I had bought a fully automatic washing machine from vijay sales. I heard very good reviews about the same product, but unfortunately my experience is worst one. The machine is not working properly at all from past few months, the machine is ripping up my clothes. I did many complaints about this to the customer care, they even sent their executives for the repairing but they only came took pictures and went back. Seriously these things are highly unprofessional.

Looking for an immediate action from your end. I am attaching the invoice with this mail.
